Community members spoke and we listened! During the 2022-2023 winter, we debuted the outdoor public ice rink where the community and visitors could enjoy a beautiful North Dakota evening under twinkling lights lining Citizens Alley, a privately-owned, public space. The “pocket-sized” rink is just right for date night, families, little kid hockey, and making memories. The alley rink is located just outside restaurants and shopping, making it easy to make a day/evening of it in downtown Minot.
