A quote about the historic building will go here.
This building was erected in 1909 by William Carroll, an area rancher. The basement and first floor of this building originally operated as the Northwestern Supply Company. In 1915, Carroll and Carl Peterson converted the main level of the building into a laundry facility known as Troy Laundry. A painted sign advertising this business is still visible on the south side of the building. A painted sign advertising the Northwestern Supply Company is barely visible on the north side of the building.

The second and third stories of the building were built as a boarding house and annex for a local hotel. The second and third stories of this building sat largely vacant since the late 1960s.
